Dear Jenny, Thank you very much for a good job.
I realy enjoy reading Sister Hope artical and find all my answers to question four are all replied in that artical. I think she is the one whose  "dreams could be endorsed as Policies" 
If truely Univercities and all other development Institutions etc could be flexible to work with communities, then there will be no need of educating people about the value  of education for girls and the like.
Research work will be easy to practice and brings quicker responses. The benfits are countless.
