Dear Jenny, Thanks for the opportunity of letting me participate in this
e-consultation. Have a nice workshop. Please endeavour to send me some of
the materials in hard copy. My address is below. Here is my response to the
last goal.

> To highlight different training initiatives that specifically target
> rural women, as well as initiatives that facilitate the work of ICT
> trainers.

> *What training initiatives that specifically target rural women are
> effective and sustainable?
> Skills acquisition training; information based trainings dealing on
specific topics for example, HIV/AIDS, Safe Motherhood, CEDAW, Democracy and
Good governance, Need for women to participate in politics .
> *What are the ingredients that make these effective?
>   Their interactive nature where th women ask questions and receive
answers and explanations to their concerns.
> *What initiatives that facilitate the work of ICT trainers are working
