Dear All,
In additiona to what I wrote earlier, may I also say that we have used radio
programmes to mobilise women for the 2003 elections in Nigeria. We used
female role models in the Talk Show "Know Your Civic Duties", lawyers to
talk about rights and responsibilities of citizens in voting and
participating in elections, Right to vote, electoral violence policing your
votes and conduct at polling stations.This was mainly for the educated
populace.

May I ask a question, Jeniffer, should we limit our conrtibutions to rural
women?
