Adding my introduction;

I'm Marjan Besuijen, based in cold and rainy Holland (The 
Netherlands), working for Hivos, a Dutch development organisation. 
Within Hivos I'm responsible for the ICT & Development 
programme. From that perspective I'm very much interested in the 
topics as aimed to discuss in this group. We believe that ICTs are 
able to play an important role in civil society building. I'm specially 
interested to read about the different experiences around the world 
and especially to hear about inovative solutions.
