I am Ingenior of rural development, based in Pointe-Noire, Congo. I am specialist of rural questions. ICTS are a very great problem in Congo because women have not access to the information. The cause: no-development of media in rural area. There is only one way that they get information: rural radio. Now this way is not operational. Consequence: women are deprided of information. So, this topic is very important for congolese rural women, especially for the development of our country because the development pass by women.
